Ms. Tanaya has a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from M.E.S. Garware College of Commerce, Pune, and a Diploma in German Language from Ranade Institute, Pune. She is currently also pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Marathwada Mitra Mandal’s Shankarrao Chavan Law College, Pune and CS Professional course. Her role at RGAA involves conducting legal research, assisting the Firm’s team in civil and commercial litigation. She also assists in contract drafting and compliances required by MCA and ROC. Her interest lies in Trust Laws, Corporate Finance, Tax Laws, Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Compliances.
