RISHABH GANDHI
Founder

Mr. Rishabh Gandhi is an Advocate practicing in India. He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. He is also a former Trial Court Judge. He is an Arbitrator and is also a Mediator enrolled with Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee of the Supreme Court of India.

He read Law in the chambers of Hon’ble Dr. D. Y. Chandrachud, Judge, Bombay High Court (as he then was) and Fox Mandal Little and Co., Mumbai. He has also worked as a junior advocate in the Law Chambers of Karnik and Karnik Advocates and has worked as an Associate Advocate with J. S. Wad and Co.

He was an addressee of Chief Minister’s appreciation for outstanding academic and extracurricular performance and was felicitated by Hon’ble Shri. Vilasrao Deshmukh, the Chief Minister of Maharashtra (as he then was). A Gold Medalist of Pune University and recipient of Fellowship from Maharashtra State Education Board, he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Pune University. He holds Post Graduate Diploma in IPR Laws as well as Diploma in Cyber Laws.

Being an academician at heart, he has been a visiting Professor at ILS Law College Pune, D.E.S. (Fergusson) Law College, Pune and has taught subjects like Law of Evidence, IPR Laws, Constitutional Law, Land Laws, Social Transformation and Judicial Process etc. He has also presented and published research papers and articles on multifarious legal issues in various national and international Journals and Seminars.

He is an active member and associate of Pune Bar Association, Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce and Industries and Agriculture, Bhandarkar Institute of Oriental Research, Shri Mahavir Jain Vidyalaya and Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration.

He has been a Legal Advisor for companies belonging to various Industries such as Pharmaceutical, Education, Information Technology, FMCG, Oil and Gas, Automobile, Telecommunication, Real Estate, Retail, Tourism and Hospitality, and Sugar Industry. He has advised venture capitalists on complex Private Equity transactions, led Mergers and Acquisitions, conducted Corporate Restructuring of several companies.

Although he has created a niche for the corporate practice, he has had a share of experience in both the specialized fields of Arbitration, Civil and Commercial Litigation, which has aided him in evolving into the Lawyer that he is today.

PRASAD RAUT
Senior Associate

Mr. Prasad is an advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Modern Law College, Pune and a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts from Aabasaheb Garware College, Pune.

Having a swift hand at litigation pertaining to motor accidents, insurance cases and the cases under Negotiable Instruments Act, at RGAA, Prasad has advised many insurance companies, individuals, and businessmen, with success in recovering huge amount of money stuck in complex legal disputes.

His interest lies in Insurance Law, Civil Litigation, Negotiable Instruments, Economic offences, Debt Recovery and Consumer Protection.

DEEPALI KASREKAR
Senior Associate

Ms. Deepali is an advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the N.B.T. Law College, in Nashik, Pune University and Masters in Business Law from Department of Law, Pune University. She has also done a Diploma in Cyber Law from Asian School of Cyber Laws and she has also completed her training in Certified Forensic Handwriting and Fingerprint Expert from International Forensic Science Education Department, Pune. Her role at RGAA involves drafting and representing individuals in all Matrimonial, Consumer, Cyber and Negotiable Instrumental Litigation at RGAA. She has advised many corporate clients on intricate Sexual Harassment at work places issues. Her core competence and interest lies in Cyber Laws, Sexual Harassment at work places, Family laws, Consumer Laws and Criminal Laws.

MANASHI MAHANTA
Associate Advocate

Ms. Manashi is an advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of India. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Gauhati University, Assam and a Bachelor’s Degree in English from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata. Her role at RGAA involves drafting and vetting of corporate-commercial contracts,advising corporate clients, including start-ups and multinational companies on business formation, registrations, corporate compliances, insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, mergers and acquisitions. Her interest lies in Corporate and Commercial Drafting, Mergers and Acquisition Law, Corporate Compliance, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law, Securities and Investment Law, Tax Laws, Labour Law, Real Estate Laws and Information Technology Law.

VIKAS AGARWAL
Associate Advocate

Mr. Vikas an advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Indira College of Commerce and Science, Pune University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Master’s Degree in Law from New Law College, Bharati Vidyapeeth University.  He has also done a Diploma in Taxation Law.  His role at RGAA involves drafting and representing individuals in all Civil, Criminal, Consumer and Family matters at RGAA He has keen interest in Civil Litigation, Labour Laws and Compliance and Taxation Laws.

KARAN RAJ
Associate Advocate 

Mr. Karan is an advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Vidya Bhavan College of Commerce, Pune University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from DES, Navalmal Firodia Law College, Pune. His role at RGAA involves drafting and representing individuals in all NCLT matters in Mumbai, Civil and Commercial Matters at RGAA.  He also gives advices to the corporate clients for starts ups and incorporation. He has keen interest in Corporate Litigation, Mergers and Acquisition and Labour Compliance, Corporate and Commercial Drafting, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws, Registrations and obtaining various Permits and Licenses.

CHIRAG DAVE
Associate Advocate

Mr. Chirag is an advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Law from DES’s Shri. Navalmal Firodia Law College, Pune. He is currently also pursuing a Master’s Degree in Law with specialization in Business Laws. His role at RGAA involves drafting of the title and search reports and   preparing the Due Diligence report relating to real estate properties.  He also gives advices to the corporate clients for the legal and statutory compliances. He has keen interest in, Corporate and Commercial Drafting, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws, Competition Laws and Property and Real Estate Laws.

TANAYA JOSHI
Associate

Ms. Tanaya has a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from M.E.S. Garware College of Commerce, Pune, and a Diploma in German Language from Ranade Institute, Pune. She is currently also pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Marathwada Mitra Mandal’s Shankarrao Chavan Law College, Pune and CS Professional course. Her role at RGAA involves conducting legal research, assisting the Firm’s team in civil and commercial litigation. She also assists in contract drafting and compliances required by MCA and ROC. Her interest lies in Trust Laws, Corporate Finance, Tax Laws, Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Compliances.

RUSHABH BHANDARI
Paralegal

Mr. Rushabh is a paralegal at the firm. He is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Sinhgad Law College, Pune University. His role at RGAA involves conducting legal research, assisting the Firm’s team in conducting investigations and clearing titles of properties. His interest lies in Property Laws, Family Estate Management, Banking and Finance, Drafting and Conveyancing, Registrations and obtaining various Permits and Licenses. He assists the Associate Advocates in their work.

VAIDEHI TADSARE
Paralegal

Ms. Vaidehi is a paralegal at the firm. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Modern Law College. Her core competence and interest lies in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Tax Laws, Corporate Finance, Corporate Debt Restructuring and Corporate Compliance. She assists the Associate Advocates in their work.

POONAM SHELOT
Administrative Head

Ms. Poonam is the Administrative Head of the Firm. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and a Master’s Degree in Computer Application from Pune University. She has a vast experience in software testing, quality assurance and administrative work.

Her role at RGAA involves carrying out the administrative work, day to day operations and client management. She also looks after accounting and finance of RGAA.
